JILL CREMEANS

Attorney Jill Cremeans is committed to fighting hard for her clients. She is diligent and dedicated in her representation of each client.  She has won hundreds of cases by way of dismissal and/or trial, including individuals facing life in prison.  

Ms. Cremeans has represented clients in Southern California since 2006. She has handled cases ranging from murder to DUI, theft, embezzlement, drug smuggling, child molestation, attempted murder, prison crimes, and three-strikes cases. Ms. Cremeans has attended hundreds of hours of criminal defense training and has received specific training related to forensic science evidence, including DNA evidence.

ERIC OVERHOLT

Attorney Eric Overholt has a significant amount of experience in the Workers' Compensation arena, having represented hundreds of clients. He is an experienced trial attorney and handles Petitions for Reconsideration and Appeals to obtain benefits for his clients. He has also negotiated eight figure settlements for his severely injured clients. 

Mr. Overholt is the former President Chapter for the California Applicants' Attorneys Association. He puts on seminars all over the the state to educate injured workers about their rights. He also provides continuing legal education to other attorneys to ensure that they are also fairly representing injured workers in California. He also goes to the State Capitol in Sacramento to lobby legislators to make changes to the Workers' Compensation system so that injured workers can get fair access to treatment, monetary benefits and job retraining.
